This product is a reformed and alternated monoalkoxy phosphate ester coupling agent on current domestic market, with light color, high stability, low viscosity, and better effect of dispersion. It can be used in plastic, coating and rubber industry. It is a good surfactant for pigment and filler, and has high efficiency of dispersion property.

Dosage
0.5~2.0 of the pigments or filler¡¯s weight. And recommended volume is 1.0~15%of the pigments or filler¡¯s weight. And the best dosage should be determined by experiments before use.
Range of Application
It may be used in fillers such as light/heavy CaCO3, earthenware clay, ellestandite, and aluminum hydroxide and in pigments such as titanium white and ironed.
It may be used in polyolefin system such as PP, PE, PVC, PS etc.
It may be used in natural rubber system, rubber polymer system, alkyd resin system, and acrylic acid system.

Usage
Plastic Industry
Use liquid paraffin wax to dilute this product (1:1). Then spray it into high-speed kneading machine and mix with fillers. Stir it for 5~15 minutes continuously and put resins and other assistants into it according to original process.
Rubber Industry
Use 200# solvent oil or machine oil to dilute (the volume of usage can be the same as the one in the original technology.). then spray TMC-2 into high-speed mixer and mix with fillers. Continuously stir several minutes (depending on the performance of the materials) and discharge the material. Notice the heat elimination of material and avoid the material going bad.
Pigment/Coating Industry
Use 200# solvent oil or isopropyl alcohol (1:1) to dilute TM-2 and spray TM-2 into pigments before grinding. After grinding you can use the original technology to process pigments.
