It is new brand product of titanate coupling agent (which has owed its patent) which has the dispersion as phosphate ester and the coupling property of titanate and good surface activity. In coating industry, it can alternate Ten 10-70 (made by Big Ocean Company, USA). And it can be widely used in plastics and Rubber industry, and active all kinds of fillers and pigments. Especially, it is the best exclusive use assistant of mass tone fertile material.

Performance
It is good surface active agent for pigments and has excellent dispersion property, especially to carbon blacks.
Dosage
0.5~2.0% of the pigments or filler’s weight. And recommended volume is 1.0% of the pigments or filler’s weight. And the best dosage should be determined by experiments before use.
Range of Application
This product may be used in deep color raw material (polyolefin system). It also can be used in organic and inorganic pigment, paint, rubber and oil ink.

Usage
Spray the coupling agent diluted by solvent (1:1) into pigment in high-speed mixer, after agitating for 5~15 minutes (depending on effect). Discharge the material or add other auxiliary agent and carrier. In the case of grinding process, it may be added during grinding (effects are different for different grinding). But dispersion effect will be worse than the former’s.
Choice of Solvent
Plastic industry: liquid wax (white oil);
Rubber industry: 200# solvent oil and machine oil;
Paint industry: 200# solvent oil or isopropyl alcohol.
Caution
! For the pigment and filler treated by high-speed mixer, please notice that the heat elimination in the case of discharge to avoid the heated filler going bad.
! Validity for two years in the case of encapsulation on common temperature from delivery date.
