Application
This product can be mixed with water at any rate and is a good dispersion agent and antisediment for water-solubility paint and ink.
Feature
It can improve waterproof abrasion-resisting, washing-resisting property of the film of paint and ink and increase the filler quantity of fillers in the ink and paint.
It can also improve the property of rheopexy.
It can lengthen the storage time of paint and ink.
It can be applied to CaCO3, carbon black, SiO2, ellestandite, clay, and all kinds of pigments in the water-solubility paint and ink filling system.
Dosage
0.5~2.5% of the pigments¡¯ weight. And recommended volume is 1.0%. And the best dosage should be determined through experiments before use.
Usage
Spray the diluted product (1:1) into high-speed mixer and mix it with pigments and fillers. Continuously stir for 5~15 minutes and discharge the material. It can also be added into pigments or fillers during grinding, or diluted and immersed by water and then eliminated the moisture.
Choice of solvent
Liquid wax, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol, dimethyl benzene, alcohol, and water etc.
Caution
Notice the heat elimination of the material.
This product has high viscosity and you can heat up it under water bath.
