Dosage
0.5~2.0% of the pigments¡¯ weight. And recommended volume is 1.0% of the pigments¡¯ weight. And the best dosage should be determined by experiments before use.
Usage
This product can be added into coating or ink after diluted by dimethyl benzene or methyl benzene when stirring the paint or ink and then be grinded. If the paint material has bulged or slurried, you should add 3% of the pigments TMC-3 into pigments. Then the bulging and slurring can be removed during stirring or grinding. good method is that pigment can be pretreated with this product. That is putting the pigments and fillers into high-speed mixer, and spraying the diluted TMC-3 into the pigment or fillers during mixing. Continuously stir for 5~15 minutes and discharge the material. The following processes are the same as the old ones. At this time, the pigments and fillers are active.
