Summary
This product is a new reformed TTS type brand which is very fit for the dispersion of carbon black, and it is a new type coupling agent. In addition to good property of dispersion, it has the property of anti-static and it is a good assistant for the material as cable conduction electricity (publication of patent). It is also good dispersion agent for oil paint and ink.

Range of Application
In organic filler such as carbon blacks, CaCO3, earthenware clay, powdered coal ash, plastic, rubber, oil paint, oil ink, pigment, electrostatic carbon black etc.
Dosage
0.5~3.0% of the pigments or filler’s weight. And recommended volume is 0.1% of the pigments or fillers’ weight. For super thin filler (such as carbon blacks), the recommended volume is 1.5% of the pigments or fillers’weight. And the best dosage should be determined by experiments before use.

Usage
The method of pretreatment recommended, is to treat the filler with coupling agent. Because the quantity of coupling agent is small, we must dilute coupling agent and the quantity of dilute will be greater than the one of coupling agent.
We choose the dilute as liquid wax, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol etc.
Spray the diluted TMC-931 into high-speed mixer and mix with fillers (no heat is needed). Stir several minutes continuously (depending on the effect of dispersion). And then add the carrier and other assistant. The following processes are the same as the old ones.
Caution
? Notice the heat elimination of material and avoid the heated filler going bad.
? No water contacted, for it is non-chelating. But the free moisture water does not influence of the product’s quality.
